About Order Protection

Note: Opening the insurance service is only to respond to the accidental accident of the order, under normal circumstances, do not open the insurance service order will not be damaged and lost! Customers can choose according to their own needs.
What does Buyer Protection cover?
Buyer Protection is a service provided by Seel (a 17TRACK partner). It covers delayed, damaged, and lost items that meet the following criteria.
*Delay: Domestic packages not delivered before the 10th day following order fulfillment (i.e., the date when the order is shipped by the merchant) or international packages not delivered before the 30th day following order fulfillment are considered delayed. The compensation for delayed packages is $5 USD. (If the order is not transacted in USD, compensation will be made in the currency of the transaction. For example, if an order in euros is delayed, the compensation is €5.)
*Loss: Domestic packages not delivered 30 days after order fulfillment (i.e., the date when the order is shipped by the merchant) are considered lost. (60 days for international packages.) Lost packages will be compensated for the actual item(s) value paid.
*Damage: Buyer Protection covers item damages to the point that the item(s) are unusable, clearly fractured, shattered, bent (if not bendable), crushed, etc., but does not cover cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.), manufacturing damages, packaging errors, or unsealed items. The compensation for damaged items will be up to the value paid for the purchased item(s).
*Buyer Protection also includes carbon-neutral shipment within the recipient’s country.
*Note: Total compensation for one cover is up to the value actually paid for the item(s).
What freight company do we ship with?
We offer Standard Free Shipping and Fast Shipping. Free Shipping takes about 5-10 working days (Use USPS or 4PX), while Fast Shipping takes about 3-5 working days (Use DHL or UPS Express). After the order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you have any other questions, please contact us at support@dronesset.com.

We provide standard shipping and fast shipping for you to choose, the standard shipping is free, the shipping time is About 5-10 working days, the fast shipping is $9.8 within 2kg, the shipping fee is $19.8 over 2kg, and the shipping time is About 3-5 working days. please refer to our for specific shipping policy
Where you ship goods from?
Our warehouse is located in China, the goods will be shipped from China.
How do I track my package?
You will receive a notification email in your email once the package has been shipped. The tracking number and link inside are for tracking the timely status of the package.You can also track at Our order tracking page . Or if you need a team members help to check up, please contact with our service team support@dronesset.com and we will be in touch with a status update.
What items are returnable?
We can accept returns or exchanges within the 30-day period. All returned items must be in the original condition: unused, unwashed, and unworn. No exceptions.
How do I return a product?
Contact with Dronesset Service Team support@dronesset.com to confirm details to make sure the item is meet the return condition.
